The statement in the beginning of the charge that the jury "will be required to bring in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff" is not reversible error, in view of the charge that plaintiff must prove by a fair preponderance of the evidence negligence of one or both drivers of the cars involved that directly and proximately caused or contributed to the death of plaintiffs decedent; and that to authorize the jury to find a verdict against either driver they must find by like evidence that such drivers negligence was the sole proximate cause of the death of plaintiffs decedent.
