This is an appeal from a final judgment, entered pursuant to a bench trial, denying relief on the complaint of appellant, USP Real Estate Investment Trust (USP), that sought to hold appellee, Discount Auto Parts, Inc., (Discount), legally liable to pay a judgment against Discounts wholly-owned subsidiary, Discount Auto Parts #90 North Florida, Inc., (#90 North). We reverse, holding that the trial court erred in failing to pierce the corporate veil under the circumstances shown in this record, and remand for entry of judgment for USP.
